Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kratosgymgear@gmail.com with photo evidence. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
